Vince is seeking a highly motivated, luxury-minded Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will set the store tone through strong selling behaviors, luxury service standards, and deep product knowledge.

You are a top performer who exceeds sales goals, manages your client book, and turns every client interaction into a meaningful selling opportunity. This role requires a dynamic leader with energy and passion for the Vince brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule; able to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and translate styling into brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
