Job summary

Vince is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will own your client book and set the tone for the store with luxury service and deep product knowledge.

You are a top performer who consistently exceeds goals, and you will guide the team in delivering Vince’s luxury experience. This role requires energy, a strong work ethic, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grows client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals) to generate repeat business.
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Models best-in-class selling on the floor to elevate the team.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
