Job summary

Vince is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Supervisor in Santa Monica to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will manage client books, maintain luxury standards, and inspire the team with best-in-class selling techniques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule; weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling to inspire the team on the floor.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
