Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Builds deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grows a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS/email) and referrals.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert conversations into sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling behaviors on the floor to elevate the team.
