Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and clienteling expectations.
• Build deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to inspire others.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals.
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures.
