Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor at Vince Geary St, San Francisco, to lead with selling and elevate client interactions. You will demonstrate luxury service standards, share product knowledge, and drive sales while building a loyal client book.

The role requires a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, strong communication, and the ability to manage floor operations and events, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with POS, CRM tools, and MS Office.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchasing decisions.
