Job summary

Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will set the tone for the store by demonstrating luxury service standards and a high level of product knowledge, owning your client book and exceeding sales goals.

You will mentor the team, model best-in-class selling behaviors, and support store operations including POS and merchandising to reflect the Vince luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a retail sales environment with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong selling instincts and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Deep understanding of Vince brand identity and luxury clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and uses it to sell.
• Grows client book via proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals) to drive repeat business.
