Vince is seeking a highly motivated Part Time Sales Supervisor in Sunrise, FL to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will set the tone for the store with luxury service standards and strong product knowledge.

You are a top performer who exceeds sales goals, owns your client book, and delivers meaningful selling opportunities. The role emphasizes consultative selling and on-floor leadership to the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobing.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures.
