Job summary

Vince is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor in Newton, MA to lead luxury clienteling and elevate every client interaction. You will drive sales, own your client book, and demonstrate deep product knowledge to inspire confident purchases.

Responsibilities include hitting sales goals, mentoring the team, and supporting POS, merchandising, and visual standards to maintain the Vince luxury experience. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule; must be open to weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to elevate the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
