Job summary

Vince in Newton, MA is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will own your client book, set the store tone with luxury service, and showcase deep product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have a proven luxury retail track record, strong communication, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining brand standards. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and work weekends/evenings/holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire the team
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to reflect the Vince luxury experience
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures
