You will set the store tone by demonstrating premium service standards, deep product knowledge, and a consultative approach that turns walk-ins into loyal clients while supporting store operations and Vince’s brand experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling on the floor.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
