Vince in New York, NY is seeking a Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will set the store tone with luxury service standards, product knowledge, and clienteling skills to drive sales and client loyalty.

The role requires exceeding sales goals, owning your client book, and mentoring others on best-in-class selling behaviors. A strong understanding of the Vince aesthetic and availability to work weekends and events are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and elevate styling conversations.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
