Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor in a luxury retail setting. You will lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and set the tone for the store with strong product knowledge and premium service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor
• Flexible work schedule; weekends, evenings, events, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Builds a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals) to generate repeat business
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic to inspire purchasing decisions
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to elevate the team
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visual standards
