rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Nashville store to lead clienteling, drive sales and uphold service standards. You will model behavior for staff and collaborate with management to ensure a compelling, on-brand experience for every customer.

This full-time role includes a clothing allowance, generous employee discount and other benefits, with responsibilities spanning inventory accuracy, POS transactions and team leadership to hit store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Luxury retail knowledge preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and hit sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals and grow clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support senior management.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor sets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and process POS transactions.
• Model and teach store associates to support a client-centric environment.
