rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead sales associates, ensuring service standards align with company guidelines and policies. This role acts as an extension of store management, guiding staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

The candidate will be part of the store management team, completing operational tasks and supporting policy adherence while maintaining a client-centric floor environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Experience with clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and influence team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Support senior management with delivery of information to staff.
• Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and projects.
• Ensure opening/closing per company guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and reduced shrink.
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately.
• Diffusion of conflict and escalation when needed.
• Track and communicate business results.
• Model and teach a positive client-centric environment.
• Foster a positive, fun, productive team atmosphere.
