Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead service standards and support store management. You will ensure customers are attended to and uphold our brand philosophy while guiding Sales Associates on etiquette, product knowledge, and clienteling.

The role includes achieving store and KPI goals, growing a loyal clientele, partnering with Visual Merchandising on floor sets, and handling daily floor leadership tasks with a focus on teamwork and a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a client-centric environment.
• Background in contemporary, premium or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and clienteling on the floor.
• Meet store and metric goals and grow clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to staff with leadership guidance.
• Maintain policy compliance and daily floor operations.
• Support opening/closing, inventory accuracy, and POS transactions.
