rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Nashville to lead service standards and drive sales in a full-time role. You will act as an extension of store management, modeling excellence in client service and team leadership while ensuring policy adherence and floor readiness.

The position offers eligibility for commissions and incentive programs, with a target to meet store goals, grow clientele, and maintain brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to staff.
• Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling.
• Understand and exemplify rag & bone brand philosophy.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets.
• Open and close the store daily according to guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Help reduce inventory shrink and maintain accuracy.
• Process Point of Sale transactions.
• Act within rag & bone core values.
• Diffuse conflicts professionally and escalate when needed.
• Track and communicate business results.
• Model and teach a positive client-centric environment.
