Job summary

Rag & Bone in New York seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead client-centric service on the floor, drive sales goals and support store management. You will model standards, mentor Sales Associates, and ensure consistent policy adherence while maintaining a high-energy, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities include displaying best-in-class service, growing clientele, partnering with Visual Merchandising on floor sets, and opening/closing shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a client-centric environment.
• Background in contemporary, premium, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships through clienteling.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and influence team members to achieve goals.
• Experience supporting daily floor leadership, including opening/closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and drive clienteling.
• Meet store and metric goals and grow the clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support senior management with staff training.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
• Open/close the store each day and ensure policy compliance.
• Protect inventory and support a positive, sales-driven environment.
