Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the on-site store floor, modeling service excellence and acting as a role model for Sales Associates. The role supports store management and executes daily operations to meet company standards and goals.

You will drive clienteling, product knowledge sharing, and policy adherence while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Background in contemporary, premium, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to staff and customers.
• Encourage team selling and maintain policy adherence.
• Ensure opening/closing and floor leadership duties are performed.
