Job summary

rag & bone, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver exceptional client service. You will act as a role model for Sales Associates, ensuring adherence to policy and a service-centric floor environment.

The role combines leadership with hands-on sales and daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in luxury or premium retail, strong clienteling skills, and a track record of achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a client centric sales environment.
• Background in contemporary, premium, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Experience with clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and influence team members to achieve sales and service goals.

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support senior management.
