You are a top performer who exceeds sales goals, manages a client book, and partners with the team to drive a premium shopping experience. This full-time role offers hourly compensation in the $18-20 range plus incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to guide purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures.
