Job summary

V Opco, LLC is seeking a Full Time Sales Supervisor in Malibu, CA to lead with selling and elevate client interactions within the Vince brand. You’ll drive luxury service standards, deepen client loyalty, and mentor the team to reflect a premium experience.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, managing client books, and communicating Vince aesthetics while supporting store operations and loss prevention policies. Compensation includes hourly pay with incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert interactions into sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and wardrobe curation.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to motivate the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visual standards.
• Uphold company policies, including loss prevention and procedures.
