Job summary

V Opco, LLC in Malibu, CA is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead by example when the Store Manager is on duty.

This full-time role requires at least three years in luxury retail management, and you will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure visual presentation, uphold loss controls, and deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of luxury retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual productivity and sales goals.
• Assist in achieving the store’s productivity and sales goals.
• Model exceptional customer service and coach staff to deliver same results.
• Assist the store manager to recruit, train, motivate and retain quality sales associates.
• Assist the store manager in evaluation of individual associate’s performance to goals
• Help maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures including daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational tasks
• Protect store assets and inventory and report shrinkage to the store manager
• Enforce the company policies and procedures
