Qualifications

• Proven success in a retail sales environment with ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong selling instincts and ability to connect with clients and close sales.
• Deep understanding of brand identity and ability to convey it through styling.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling to elevate the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
