The role offers hourly pay between $18 and $21 with incentive opportunities, and requires flexibility for weekends, events, and holidays in The Grove, LA.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in retail sales, preferably luxury retail.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals) for repeat business.
• Converse confidently about brand aesthetics to drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and wardrobe recommendations.
• Model selling and clienteling on the sales floor to inspire teammates.
• Support store operations, including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals.
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and procedures.
