Job summary

V Opco, LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor in Boca Raton, FL to drive sales and deliver luxury service. You will lead client engagements, manage walk-ins, and uphold store standards while supporting operations and inventory control.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury retail, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Weekend/evening availability and a passion for the Vince brand are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design to inspire confident purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert conversations into brand-focused sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model top-selling behaviors and support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals.
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures.
