Vince is seeking a highly motivated, luxury-minded Sales Supervisor in Atlanta who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will own your client book, demonstrate luxury service standards, and use product knowledge to influence confident purchases.

This role requires strong selling instincts, energy, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and on-floor leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a retail sales environment with sales targets met or exceeded.
• Strong selling instincts and the ability to build client rapport.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand identity and styling to connect with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to guide purchasing decisions.
• Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic and conducts meaningful brand-focused interactions.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and wardrobe styling.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling to inspire the team; supports store operations as needed.
