Vince is seeking a driven Retail Sales Associate in Atlanta, GA to deliver exceptional client experiences on the floor. You will build client relationships, understand fabrics and design intent, and convert inquiries into sales with confidence and style.

You’ll collaborate with a high-energy team, support store operations, and uphold Vince standards while achieving personal sales goals and contributing to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standardstyling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team
• Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
