Vince is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Tulalip, WA to deliver luxury clienteling on the floor. You will learn our fabrics, fits, and design intent to guide confident purchases and cultivate relationships through proactive outreach.

The role emphasizes turning walk-ins into loyal clients while maintaining exceptional brand standards. You will contribute to merchandising, inventory, and store operations, while upholding company policies and delivering a premium Vince experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication for customer interactions.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Build deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to influence purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals) to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobing.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to inspire others.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
