Vince is seeking a luxury-minded Full-time Sales Supervisor to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction at our Tulalip location. You will drive sales, own your client book, and set the tone for the store with sophisticated service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, building client relationships, and contributing to store operations. The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inform purchases.
• Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow‑ups, referrals).
• Confidently speaks about the Vince aesthetic to inspire brand-focused interactions.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and wardrobe recommendations.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviours on the sales floor.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
