Job summary

V Opco, LLC is seeking a Part-time Sales Supervisor for the Vince store in Tulalip, WA. You will lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and maintain luxury service standards while deepening product knowledge.

• 2+ years experience in a retail sales environment, preferably luxury
• Strong selling instincts and ability to meet/exceed sales goals
• Deep understanding of brand identity and connecting clients to brand aesthetics
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset and proactive about generating business

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals) to generate repeat business
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert conversations into sales
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visual standards
