Vince in Atlanta, GA is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction through luxury service and deep product knowledge.

You will own your client book, exceed sales goals, build relationships via proactive outreach, and convert walk-ins into loyal clients while supporting store operations and maintaining the Vince luxury experience. The role rewards top performers with incentives and opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Build deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, design intent and use it as a selling tool
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling on the floor to inspire the team
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and procedures
