Job summary

rag & bone in the United States seeks a Sales Supervisor to drive service standards and sales goals. This role acts as an extension of store leadership, modeling best practices for Sales Associates and maintaining a client‑centric floor at all times.

You will coach and motivate staff, support opening and closing duties, grow and manage clientele, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to execute floor sets while upholding brand values and company policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a client-centric environment.
• Background in contemporary, premium, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Experience with clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and influence team members to achieve goals.
• Experience supporting daily floor leadership, including opening/closing.
• Ability to work 32–40 hours a week with a flexible schedule.
