Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead service standards and drive sales within a client-centric store environment in Dallas. You will model leadership, guide Sales Associates, and ensure policies are followed while fostering a collaborative team and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes achieving store metrics, managing clientele, and elevating the in-store experience with knowledge of products and brand philosophy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a client-centric environment.
• Background in contemporary, premium, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Experience with clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and influence team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Experience supporting daily floor leadership, including opening/closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques, clienteling standards and sales interactions.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support senior management with delivery of this information to staff.
• Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling.
• Understand and exemplify the rag & bone brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
• Ensure the store opens and closes each day per guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of all policy and procedures.
• Contribute to reducing inventory shrink and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Accurately process Point of Sale transactions.
• Act within core rag & bone values.
• Diffuse conflict with team and escalate when needed.
• Assist in tracking business results.
• Model and teach store associates to support a client-centric environment.
• Contribute to a positive, fun, productive store atmosphere.
