Job summary

Vince, operated by V Opco LLC, is seeking a luxury-minded Sales Supervisor in New York to lead clienteling efforts and drive sales excellence. You will manage client relationships, stay current on fabric knowledge, and deliver a premium shopping experience that aligns with the Vince luxury aesthetic.

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and contribute to merchandising and store operations while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
Able to lift/move boxes up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.

Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.

Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
