Job summary

rag & bone seeks a Sales Supervisor to uphold service standards and drive store performance in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. This leader and role model ensures customers are attended to and maintains a service-centric floor environment.

You will collaborate with management on policy, mentor staff on product knowledge, and help meet store and metric goals while representing the rag & bone brand philosophy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Be original and authentic in interactions and approach.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and sales interactions.
• Meet store and metric goals and grow clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support management with information to staff.
• Encourage team selling and maintain a service-centric floor environment.
• Ensure store openings/closes per guidelines and manage inventory touch points.
• Process POS transactions and uphold rag & bone core values.
