You are a top performer who consistently exceeds sales goals, owns your client book, and communicates product knowledge to persuade confident purchases. The role includes hourly pay and sales-based incentives, with a team focused on delivering the Vince luxury experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising
• Flexible work schedule; weekends, evenings, events, holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals) to generate repeat business
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire the team
• Support store operation including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
