V Opco LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Client Advisor (Sales Supervisor) who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will manage a top client book, drive luxury service standards, and demonstrate deep product knowledge to inspire confident purchases.

The role offers an hourly wage of $21–$24 with eligibility for sales-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. You are expected to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays to support the Vince store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Build a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention
