Job summary

rag & bone, Inc. seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead service standards, coach Sales Associates, and drive store performance. The role emphasizes clienteling, product knowledge, and brand philosophy in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The position is full-time at our San Francisco store, with base hourly pay of $20–$23 plus commissions and incentive programs. Benefits include clothing allowance, PTO, and 401k with wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of client-centric, sales experience.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary retail is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge to customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to staff and inform senior management.
• Encourage team selling and uphold rag & bone brand philosophy.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and displays.
• Open and close the store according to guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Help minimize inventory shrink and ensure accuracy.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Foster a positive, client-centric store atmosphere.
