Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a service-centric floor and support store management in achieving goals. You’ll model standards, mentor Sales Associates and ensure policy adherence across daily operations.

This is a full-time role (32–40 hours/week) at a full-price store with eligibility for commissions, clothing allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Hourly target is $24–$26, reflecting experience and market norms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge preferred.
• Be original and authentic; be willing to innovate and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge for staff delivery.
• Encourage team selling and uphold brand philosophy.
• Support Visual Merchandising on floor sets and changes.
• Open/close store per guidelines.
• Maintain policy knowledge and inventory accuracy.
• Process Point of Sale transactions.
