Falconeri in California is seeking a boutique retail associate to engage customers, manage client books, and drive sales with in-depth product knowledge. You will support store standards, operate the POS system, and participate in opening/closing procedures while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers hourly pay with monthly commissions, health benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or luxury retail.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong sales orientation.
• Eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple channels and follow-up communication.
• Manage client books and follow up on shopping experiences.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Operate POS system and complete opening/closing procedures.
