Oniverse's Falconeri store in Chicago is seeking a dedicated retail professional to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury fashion environment. You will manage client books, communicate with patrons in Chinese, and maintain pristine store conditions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in luxury retail, a polished presentation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and luxury retail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service orientation
• Commitment, self-motivation, and goal orientation
• Impeccable presentation and ability to thrive in a demanding environment
• Problem-solving mindset
• Flexible schedule including holidays/weekends
• Proficiency in Chinese for customer service at this location

Responsibilities

• Capture customers' information using multiple communication methods
• Client book management including follow up with clients on their shopping experience
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager
• Demonstrate full product knowledge and benefits to maximize sales
• Inspire others with fashion expertise and build partnerships in a team environment
• Collaborate with Manager to leverage internal systems for business analyses and KPI tracking
• Maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store
• Operate POS system, send end-of-day emails, and manage opening/closing procedures
• Ensure store cleanliness and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom areas
