Falconeri seeks a Retail Sales Associate in New York, NY to deliver exceptional customer service at our flagship store. You will build client relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Proficiency in Chinese and Russian is required to assist a diverse customer base at 101 Prince Street. This role includes commission-based earnings, benefits, and a dynamic team setting in a brand-new store opening in the area.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industry.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, utilizing phone and written follow-up contact.
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience, potential inquiries such as product care instructions.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your Store Manager.
• Demonstrate a full knowledge of the product including benefits to maximize the sales opportunity.
• Utilize your fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team-focused environment.
• Partner with the Manager to leverage knowledge of internal systems to conduct business analyses and keep track of store and individual KPIs.
• Support managers in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
• Able to operate our POS system, send eod emails, opening and closing procedures.
• Store cleanliness: maintain a clean and well-maintained shopping environment including salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backrooms.
