Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple means (phone and written follow-up).
• Manage client book and follow up on shopping experience and inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate POS system, send EOD emails, and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards across sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom areas.
