Falconeri is seeking a retail sales associate at our Santa Clara location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will manage client communications, maintain client books, and ensure a premium shopping experience in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, using product knowledge to maximize opportunities, and collaborating with store leadership. The role may require a flexible schedule and engaging with internal systems to track KPIs.

• Proven sales experience in luxury or contemporary retail a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays/weekends.
