Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and luxury retail.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple channels and follow up.
• Manage client book and follow up on shopping experiences.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with store manager.
• Know product benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
• Use fashion knowledge to inspire customers and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with manager to use internal systems and track KPIs.
• Support managers in maintaining store visual and housekeeping standards.
• Operate POS, send end-of-day emails, and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
