Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and luxury retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple communication methods and follow-up.
• Manage client book and follow up on shopping experiences and inquiries.
• Meet or exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities and leverage fashion expertise.
• Operate POS system, perform opening/closing duties, and send EOD emails.
• Maintain store visuals, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with management to analyze store KPIs and support team goals.
