Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer service or luxury retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; sales-driven.
• Self-motivated, presentable and goal-oriented.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Chinese language proficiency for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information and follow up via phone and written contact.
• Manage client book and follow up on shopping experiences.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and productivity targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store manager and analyze KPIs.
• Maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
• Operate POS system; process opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness of sales floor and backroom areas.
