Falconeri, part of the Oniverse group, is seeking a store associate in California to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting. You will engage with clients, manage client books, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and POS operations.

Fluency in Chinese is preferred for serving a diverse customer base; a minimum of three years in luxury retail and strong presentation skills are required, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and luxury retail industry.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Impeccable presentation in a demanding environment.

Responsabilités

• Capture customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, with phone and written follow-up.
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager.
• Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate POS system and manage opening/closing procedures.
