Job summary

Falconeri, part of ONIVERSE, is seeking a retail associate to support its US expansion and deliver luxury customer experiences. You will engage clients, share product knowledge, and contribute to a premium shopping environment across locations.

Applicants should have 2+ years in customer service or luxury retail, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Competitive hourly pay with commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; eligible to work in US.
• 2+ years in customer service or luxury retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong sales orientation.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented; impeccable presentation.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple channels (phone and in writing).
• Client book management and follow up on shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate POS system and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
